These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trendset LLC ("Revé," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Revé mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.
Revé is a personal tracking tool. It lets you log compound and peptide protocols, record cycle and check-in information, and see patterns in your own logged data over time. The App organizes and reflects the information you enter; it does not independently verify it.
This is important. Please read it carefully.
Revé is an informational and self-tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or professional health advice.
You use the App and act on your own logged information entirely at your own risk.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at zareef@usereve.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation or security, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law.
You keep ownership of the data and content you enter, including your logs, journal entries, and photos ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display Your Content back to you and to provide the App's features (including generating insights from your own data as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not sell it.
The App may offer paid subscriptions.
Prices and available plans may change; any change will apply to future billing periods, not the current one.
The App itself — including its design, features, and content we provide (but excluding Your Content) — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or software beyond using the App as intended.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, summary, or insight is accurate or complete. See Section 3 regarding medical matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendset LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on the App or your own logged data. To the extent we are found liable despite the above, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
